A Unique 9-Hole Reversible Course
Prairie View Community Golf Course features a unique reversible layout. Prairie View alternates the reversible layout by calendar day: the Yellow Course is played on odd-numbered days, and the Blue Course is played on even-numbered days. This gives golfers a fresh and interesting experience across different rounds.
Which Course Is Played Today?
Prairie View’s reversible layout alternates by calendar day. On odd-numbered days, golfers play the Yellow Course. On even-numbered days, golfers play the Blue Course.

Example: If today is the 7th, play Yellow. If today is the 8th, play Blue.
Blue Course
Holes 1–9 make up the Blue Course. The Blue layout plays as a par 36 and is played on even-numbered calendar days.
Yellow Course
Holes 10–18 make up the Yellow Course. This reverse layout also plays as a par 36 and is played on odd-numbered calendar days.
18-Hole Round
Play the Blue or Yellow course twice on a given day for an 18-hole par 72 round.

Prairie View’s reversible design gives golfers a different way to enjoy the course while keeping the game friendly, local, and accessible.

The official scorecard includes a course map showing both sides of Prairie View’s reversible layout. Use the map to understand the flow of play, hole locations, practice range, ponds, sand, trees, and general course layout.
- Odd-numbered days: Yellow Course
- Even-numbered days: Blue Course
- Blue Course: Holes 1–9

- U.S.G.A. rules govern all play.
- Out-of-bounds is designated by white stakes.
- In-course out-of-bounds is on holes 9, 10, and 16.
Course Care
- Keep all carts 30 feet from greens and off tee boxes.
- Please repair ball marks and divots.
- Let faster groups play through.
